Invited beta
Privacy
MeshNomics is operated by BeaconPath Holdings LLC. This page says what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. It describes the invited beta as it works today.

Your model files stay on your device
STL, 3MF and OBJ files you open in the repair tool or the model analyzer are read and processed in your browser. The files are not uploaded, and their filenames are not sent to us. The product you are working on in the planner is kept in your browser’s local storage, so it does not follow you to another device.
What we collect if you have an account
- Sign-in details. Your email address and a password, handled by our authentication provider. We never see your password.
- Profile fields you choose to fill in, such as a display name, business name, the process you use and the marketplaces you sell on.
- What you save, and the notes you write on saved items.
- Email preferences: whether, and when, you opted in to product updates or a newsletter, or unsubscribed.
- Ratings you choose to give a screen (useful, unclear, missing evidence or incorrect). These are a single choice with no free text.
We use these only to run your account and show you what you saved.
Repair tool usage data
The free repair tool records usage data so we can tell whether repairs work. It does not require an account and is not linked to one. On opening the tool it records a random per-tab visit ID, the referring site’s hostname, campaign tags and the landing page. Scanning a model records its file format and size, a geometry fingerprint and diagnostic counts. A repair adds dimensions, volume estimates, defect counts, the repair actions taken and the print-readiness settings you chose. Downloads and any print outcome or note you submit are recorded separately. Please keep personal or confidential details out of those notes.
Site analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views on the public site and the app. It does not use cookies.
Who processes it
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Vercel — hosting and page analytics.
- Our email delivery provider — sign-in, confirmation and password-reset emails.
- Stripe handles payments if you choose a paid subscription when checkout opens. We store your Stripe customer reference, selected plan, subscription status and paid-access expiry, not your card number. Stripe processes the payment and billing information you enter at checkout or in its billing portal.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your model files, notes or business inputs to train models.
Keeping and deleting it
Your account data is kept while your account exists. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account together with your profile, saved items and notes, email [email protected]. There is no self-service deletion button yet, so we do it on request. Repair usage records are not tied to an account, so they are not removed by an account deletion. Cancel any active subscription before account deletion; deleting an app account is not a Stripe cancellation. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations. Contact us for help with both steps.
Changes and contact
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves. Questions about privacy go to [email protected].
